Position Summary: Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a reliable, safety-focused CDL Driver for local routes in the Fort Lauderdale area. This role is ideal for a driver who values home-daily routes, steady hours, and competitive local pay.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate commercial vehicles adhering to all local, state, and federal DOT regulations.
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Load, secure, and unload freight or materials safely and efficiently.
Maintain accurate delivery logs, paperwork, and customer signatures.
Provide professional, courteous service to all clients and delivery sites.
Requirements:
Valid CDL (Class A or Class B depending on specific client needs; clean driving record required).
Minimum of 1–2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
Current DOT Medical Card.
Strong reliability, punctuality, and commitment to workplace safety.
