Maintenance Coordinator - 1st Shift

Our client is seeking a dependable, experienced, and bilingual Maintenance Coordinator to join their team. This position is responsible for completing general maintenance and repairs at residential properties while also coordinating maintenance requests, vendors, and service schedules. The shift is from Monday - Friday 8:30AM-5PM and the pay is $18+ based on experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs at residential rental properties.
• Respond to tenant maintenance requests and determine the appropriate course of action.
• Complete repairs involving plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliances, HVAC, and other general building maintenance.
• Perform routine property inspections and identify maintenance or safety concerns.
• Coordinate and schedule outside contractors and vendors when repairs require specialized services.
• Communicate with tenants regarding maintenance appointments, repairs, and completion timelines.
• Perform other maintenance and property-related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in property maintenance, apartment maintenance, construction, facilities maintenance, or a related field preferred.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliance repair skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and determine appropriate solutions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with tenants, vendors, and management.
