A well-established printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing company in West Chicago is seeking dependable and motivated 3rd Shift Manufacturing Associates to join its growing production team. This company manufactures advanced printed circuit boards used across industries including aerospace, military, medical, telecommunications, industrial, computer, radar, transportation, and commercial applications.
Pay & Schedule
- Starting Pay: $19.00 - $21.00+ per hour, based on position and experience
- Shift Differential: Includes a $1.25 per hour 3rd Shift Differential
- Shift: 3rd Shift / Overnight
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Hours: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM
- Overtime: Additional hours and occasional Saturday work may be available or required depending on department and production needs.

What You'll Be Doing
Depending on your assigned department, responsibilities may include:
- Operating manufacturing and production equipment
- Loading, positioning, and removing circuit board panels
- Setting up machines and preparing materials for production
- Inspecting finished or processed parts for quality
- Performing basic equipment checks and minor maintenance
- Using hand tools and production-related equipment
- Preparing materials for multilayer circuit board production and lamination
- Assisting with plating, screening, drilling, pressing, or other PCB manufacturing processes
- Following established production procedures, quality requirements, and safety standards
- Keeping your work area clean and organized
- Communicating equipment or production issues to your supervisor
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma required
- Previous manufacturing, machine operating, or production experience is helpful
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn new manufacturing processes
- Good attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to occasionally handle up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment where there may be exposure to noise, dirt, and chemicals
