Location: Cape Coral, FL
Pay: $18–$19 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

A local screen and shutter company is looking for a Shop & Installer Helper to join their growing team. If you enjoy working with your hands, being active throughout the day, and learning something new, this could be a great opportunity to build valuable installation skills.

You’ll work alongside experienced installers helping prepare, assemble, load, and install screens, shutters, and related products at residential and commercial properties.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist installers with screen and shutter installations
• Load, unload, and organize materials
• Prepare products and materials for installation
• Use basic hand and power tools
• Assist with measuring, cutting, and assembly
• Help keep the shop and job sites clean and organized
• Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team
• Learn installation techniques and new skills on the job

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Dependable and ready to work
• Comfortable working with hand and power tools
• Construction, remodeling, installation, or shop experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Comfortable working outdoors and on job sites
• Able to lift materials and perform physical work throughout the day
• Valid driver's license is a plus
