Ozaukee County Manufacturing Company is seeking a dependable Human Resources Generalist to join their team on 1st Shift.

Key duties and responsibilities may include:

• Responsible for recruitment process for all positions
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with High Schools, Technical Schools, etc. 
• Work Closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous HR 
• MS Office Suite
