This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in construction, installation, carpentry, glazing, or another hands-on trade who is looking to build their skills and grow within the glass industry.

Pay: $18–$19/hour to start

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st shift

Job Description

Express employment Professionals are looking for a Glass Installer / Fabricator will assist with the measuring, preparation, transportation, and installation of custom glass products for residential and commercial projects throughout the DFW area. We will provide hands-on training and is looking for individuals who are dependable, comfortable working with tools, and interested in learning a skilled trade.

Responsibilities

• Measure openings and verify dimensions for custom glass installations
• Install frameless shower enclosures, mirrors, glass panels, railings, and storefront systems
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Safely load, transport, and handle glass materials
• Use hand tools, power tools, levels, and measuring equipment
• Ensure installations are level, secure, and completed to quality standards
• Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles
• Work alongside crew members and interact professionally with customers
• Follow all safety procedures when lifting, moving, and installing glass

Qualifications

• Previous experience in glass installation, glazing, construction, carpentry, or a related trade is preferred but not required
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Comfortable working with hand and power tools
• Ability to follow blueprints, drawings, or technical instructions
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding, hands-on environment
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Dependable and able to work well as part of a team
