🔧 Position Overview
As a Deburr Technician, you will be responsible for removing burrs, sharp edges, and imperfections from machined parts while ensuring all products meet quality and customer specifications. This role requires precision, consistency, and a commitment to craftsmanship.
✅ Key Responsibilities
✔ Deburr machined and fabricated metal parts using hand and power tools
✔ Inspect parts for defects and quality standards 🔍
✔ Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and specifications 📋
✔ Operate grinders, sanders, files, and other finishing equipment
✔ Maintain a clean and organized work area 🧹
✔ Follow all safety policies and procedures ⚠️
✔ Work with production teams to meet deadlines and quality expectations
🎯 Qualifications
✅ Previous deburring experience required
✅ Experience working with metal components and manufacturing processes
✅ Ability to read measuring tools and inspection equipment
✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
✅ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
💪 Physical & Environmental Requirements
🔹 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
🔹 Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching throughout the shift
🔹 Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
🔹 Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
🔹 Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and machinery
🌡️ Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment with exposure to varying temperatures, noise, dust, and metal particles
