Counter Help Full time, $18Monday through Saturday- Greet customers, listen to their tire or service needs, and explain options clearly - Look up parts, tires, and pricing using computer systems- Note initial tire or mechanical conditions - Create work orders- Schedule appointments- Call customer with service updates, explain recommended repairs, and handle follow-ups- Suggest appropriate tire models, features, warranties, and related services like balancing, alignments, and/or rotations- Process invoices, handle payments, and meet or exceed store sales target- Must have strong communication and problem-solving abilities for handling client questions and complaints- Ability to use point of sale (POS) systems, inventory lookups, and scheduling software- Strong verbal skills to explain technical details simply to customers- Familiarity with tire types, sizes, and basic automotive services a plus
