Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and experienced Diesel Mechanic to join a growing team. This is a first-shift opportunity offering a consistent schedule, competitive pay, and overtime potential.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines and related systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment
• Inspect vehicles and identify mechanical issues
• Repair brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Complete work orders and maintenance records accurately
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Ensure equipment meets safety and operational standards

Qualifications:

• Previous diesel mechanic experience preferred
• Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop environment
• Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus
