🥪 Deli Operations Team Member

Join our team and help deliver exceptional customer service while supporting daily deli and retail operations! We're looking for a dependable, hardworking individual who takes pride in quality work, food safety, and providing a great experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Stock, organize, and maintain retail shelves and displays
• Package, weigh, label, and prepare products for sale
• Trim, slice, cut, and prepare deli and meat products
• Inspect products for quality, freshness, and accuracy
• Safely operate slicing and packaging equipment
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company safety standards
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient
• Assist with additional retail and production tasks as needed

Schedule

Full-Time Position

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday:
  • 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM
  • 12:30 PM - 5:30 PM
• Wednesday:
  • 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM
  • 12:30 PM - 5:30 PM
• Saturday:
  • 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Every 3rd Saturday off (except holiday weekends)

Overtime may be required.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 90 lbs.
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions
• Work in temperatures ranging from 32°F to 72°F, with occasional exposure to freezer environments as cold as -8°F
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment around moving equipment

Safety & Appearance Standards

• Must follow all company safety procedures
• Required PPE may include aprons, gloves, coats, hair nets, and beard nets
• Closed-toe shoes required
• No jewelry or artificial nails permitted in food preparation areas
