Packaging Operator

Schedule: Full-Time | 12-Hour 2-2-3 Schedule
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Job Description:
We are seeking dependable Packaging Operators to join a fast-paced production team. This hands-on role involves operating packaging equipment, handling finished products, completing quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. This is an active position that requires standing for extended periods and regularly lifting up to 40–50 lbs.

Job Duties:

• Operate and monitor packaging equipment.
• Package and handle finished products.
• Lift and move bags weighing approximately 40–50 lbs.
• Perform quality and production checks.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation.
• Follow safety, food quality, and sanitation procedures.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas.
• Communicate equipment or production issues to supervisors.
• Work as part of a team to maintain a safe and efficient production environment.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable working a 12-hour shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work both weekdays and weekends as required by the 2-2-3 schedule
