Field Technician – (Ridgefield, WA) | $23

 

Our Ridgefield based client is looking for a dependable, positive Field Technician to join their growing team. No experience needed; we'll train you.

 

What you'll do

• Prep homes and buildings for sealing: masking windows, hand-sealing with spray foam, working from step ladders
• Set up and run our sealing equipment and software
• Troubleshoot and maintain equipment
• Drive a company truck and trailer to job sites
• Keep supplies stocked and communicate jobsite issues to your supervisor

What we're looking for

• No prior experience required, will train!
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our Ridgefield yard
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Comfort with basic tech (smartphone with data, Google email/calendar)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and wear a fitted respirator when needed
• Schedule flexibility, including occasional long days (12–14 hrs) and out-of-town travel

Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 30–40+ hrs/week during peak construction season. Work is mostly indoors, out of the weather.
