Our client is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to manage inventory accuracy, oversee physical counts, and support warehouse and production operations. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly inventory counts
• Reconcile physical inventory to system records and investigate discrepancies
• Process inventory adjustments
• Receive, inspect, stock, and distribute materials
• Coordinate reorders of consumables and support purchasing activities
• Organize warehouse storage locations and maintain accurate labeling
• Assist with returned materials and quality control coordination
• Report inventory, warehouse, or production inconsistencies to management

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inventory control experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills
• Excellent math and problem-solving abilities
• Manufacturing or production environment experience preferred
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Comfortable handling chemical containers and assisting with safety protocols as needed
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in warehouse/production settings
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and team flexibility
• Willingness to work occasional weekends when required
