📋 Job Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (where applicable)
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Keep warehouse areas clean and organized
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations

💪 Physical Requirements

• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequently bend, stoop, squat, reach, and twist
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to climb stairs and safely navigate warehouse spaces

🌡️ Environmental Requirements

• Work may be performed in warehouse settings that are hot, cold, humid, dusty, or noisy
• Exposure to moving machinery and warehouse equipment
• Ability to work around forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems
• Must follow all PPE and safety requirements
• Indoor and outdoor work may be required depending on the facility

🎯 Qualifications

✅ Previous warehouse experience preferred
✅ Forklift experience is a plus
✅ Strong attention to detail and safety practices
✅ Reliable transportation and attendance
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Basic math and reading skills
