Key Responsibilities:

• Company seeks a service support specialist to support and troubleshoot production applications and hardware. 
• Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently to maintain production standards.
• Excellent communication skills are a must for this position as some customer interaction will be required.
  

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, sitting, twisting, stooping, bending, twisting

Experience Required:

• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a heavy customer focus position involving technical knowledge of a companies’ products and services.

Work Schedule:

• 8:00am - 5:00pm
