What You Will Be Doing:

Performing strictly steel MIG welding to fabricate structural racks for the paint line.

Completing solid structural welds for internal use (cosmetic perfection is not the main focus—just strong, functional welds).
Schedule & Compensation:

Shift: 2nd Shift, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Pay: based on your level of experience.
What We’re Looking For:

Some prior experience with steel MIG welding (you don't need decades of experience, just the foundational knowledge and ability to perform the work).

Reliability and a strong commitment to your schedule and the team.

Ability to pass a quick, on-site weld test.
-
Must have your own steel-toed boots and a welding hood.

Bonus: TIG welding experience is a plus, but not required right away.
