Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Brand Ambassador / Sales Assistant in the Latham, NY area. This is a customer-facing position ideal for someone who is friendly, outgoing, professional, and comfortable starting conversations with new people.

The Brand Ambassador will engage customers at a promotional kiosk, explain bathroom remodeling services, help generate customer interest, and assist with scheduling appointments. 

 

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour

 

Tasks for Brand Ambassador / Sales Assistant:

• Greet and engage customers at a retail kiosk or promotional event
• Explain bathroom remodeling services to interested customers
• Encourage prospective customers to schedule appointments
• Assist the lead sales representative with customer engagement
• Collect customer contact information accurately
• Generate customer referrals and qualified leads
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized promotional display
• Professionally represent the company when interacting with customers 

Qualifications for Brand Ambassador / Sales Assistant:

• Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality
• Dependable and energetic
• Professional communication skills
• Comfortable approaching and starting conversations with new people
• Customer service, retail, sales, or promotional experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to speak with customers throughout the shift
• Ability to occasionally lift or move promotional materials weighing up to approximately 25 pounds
