Express Employment Professionals of Bradenton, FL is currently hiring for a Customer Care position for a Title/Registration company based in Bradenton, FL
Duties:
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding account status, toll transactions, violations, charges, and payments.
- Research customer accounts and transactions using multiple computer applications and online resources.
- Strive for first-contact resolution by resolving customer concerns during the initial interaction whenever possible.
- Explain charges, fees, tolls, violations, and account information clearly and professionally.
- Navigate multiple computer applications and online resources.
- Handle difficult or frustrated customers with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Identify appropriate solutions based on company policies and procedures.
- Meet established productivity, efficiency, quality, customer-satisfaction, attendance, and schedule-adherence expectations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED Required.
- Approximately 2+ years of customer-service experience.
- At least 1 year of inbound call-center experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with Windows-based computer systems.
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute in the referenced posting.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail.
- Microsoft Excel, and Word experience is required.
