We're seeking experienced welders and fabricators for a variety of manufacturing and industrial environments. These positions offer opportunities to work with structural steel, production components, rework projects, custom fabrications, and heavy industrial materials.

Responsibilities
- Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and/or Flux Core welding
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Fabricate, fit, and assemble components to specification
- Repair, modify, and rework welded products as needed
- Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards
- Use grinders, torches, saws, hand tools, and measuring equipment
- Work with carbon steel, structural steel, aluminum, and other metals
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet customer requirements
Qualifications
- Previous welding or fabrication experience required
- Ability to pass a welding test may be required
- Experience reading blueprints and weld symbols preferred
- Knowledge of weld quality standards and inspection practices
- Ability to lift materials and work in an industrial environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
