Responsibilities of the Customer Service Rep.:

• Answer customer phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist customers with starting, stopping, or making changes to their service
• Process payments and update customer account information
• Create work requests and coordinate service needs with field staff
• Respond to customer concerns and assist with billing questions
• Maintain accurate records and customer information
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support every day

Requirements of the Customer Service Rep.:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office applications
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Schedule is Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
• Temporary position to start
