Salary: $1,925–$2,800/week

 

We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for a manufacturing company in Leominster, MA. This role will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing and facility equipment. This is a Direct Hire position

 

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial production equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain equipment reliability
• Repair and replace mechanical and electro-mechanical components
• Troubleshoot hydraulics and perform light plumbing and welding
• Read basic blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals
• Assist with installation and setup of new equipment
• Use drill presses, grinders, and other metalworking tools as needed
• Maintain critical spare parts and assist with outside vendors and contractors
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures

 

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience with electro-mechanical industrial equipment
• Knowledge of hydraulics and basic electrical concepts
• Ability to read equipment manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• Welding experience is a plus
• Experience with single-screw or twin-screw extrusion equipment is highly preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and heavier items with appropriate assistance

 

Pay: $35–$40/hour + overtime

Earning Potential: Approximately $1,925–$2,800/week with mandatory overtime

Schedule: Monday–Friday — choose 6:00 AM–4:00 PM or 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
