Merchandiser

Location: Magnolia, AR
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday | Day Shift

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Merchandiser to service retail accounts throughout the Magnolia, AR area. This position is responsible for delivering products, stocking and merchandising inventory, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring all products are presented according to company standards. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, customer-focused, and able to work independently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles and work equipment while following all transportation and safety guidelines.
• Accurately load, transport, and deliver products to assigned customer locations in a timely manner.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels on route vehicles and complete daily inventory verification and reconciliation.
• Process and balance customer payments when required.
• Stock, organize, and replenish products in coolers, shelves, end caps, and display areas.
• Rotate product inventory to ensure freshness, proper product dating, and consistent stock availability.
• Maintain attractive and well-organized displays, while assisting with the setup of new product displays that meet company merchandising standards.
• Ensure all products are placed and presented according to established planograms, pricing requirements, and company guidelines.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with retail partners, customers, and fellow team members.
• Perform routine inspections of assigned vehicles and equipment, reporting maintenance concerns promptly.
• Assist with weekend route support and store service activities as needed.
• Represent the company professionally through appearance, communication, and customer service.
• Complete all required company training programs, including safety and compliance training.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
• Support additional merchandising, delivery, and route-related responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Previous merchandising, retail, delivery, or route service experience is preferred but not required.
