The Senior Compensation Analyst supports the development, administration, and ongoing management of base pay, incentive compensation, and other compensation programs. This role partners closely with HR leaders and business stakeholders to ensure compensation practices remain competitive, equitable, and compliant while supporting organizational growth and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze market trends and compensation data to support compensation program design and recommendations.
Develop and maintain salary structures and pay ranges.
Perform complex compensation analyses and provide guidance to stakeholders.
Assist with salary budget forecasting and review compensation requests for budget compliance.
Evaluate job descriptions and provide job leveling and compensation recommendations.
Advise leaders and HR partners on compensation policies, pay decisions, and wage and hour regulations.
Support annual merit increase and bonus administration processes.
Train leaders and HR teams on compensation fundamentals and systems.
Ensure compliance with federal and state wage and hour regulations.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience designing, developing, and administering compensation programs.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Preferred
Healthcare compensation experience.
Experience with CompAnalyst market pricing software.
Familiarity with PeopleFluent talent management systems.
Experience with Lawson payroll systems.
