Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable Production Associates for Neotiss, a leading manufacturer of high-performance titanium and aluminum tubing.

This position involves working in a manufacturing environment processing specialty metal tubes used in high-performance applications. Associates will be responsible for handling tubes throughout the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and identifying defects before products move to the next stage.

Job Duties:

Perform thinning and reduction processes on titanium and aluminum tubes
Dip tubes into lubricants as part of the manufacturing process
Conduct hydrostatic (hydro) testing on finished tubes
Inspect tubes for initial leaks, defects, or quality concerns
Accurately document test results and production information
Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Qualifications:

Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Comfortable working around lubricants and testing equipment
Have previous metalizing work experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday 7 p.m. - 7 a.m.
Overtime may be required based on production needs
