Custodian/Janitor

If you are an experienced housekeeper, custodian, or janitor looking for a new gig, we have the job for you! Express Employment Professionals of Green Bay is helping our client, a Little Chute manufacturer, find a new Custodian to join their team. This is a temporary role for 3 months with the possibility of being hired.  

Job Highlights: 
•    Full-time, 2nd shift role: 2:00pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday
•    $17.50 per hour
•    Starting ASAP! 
•    3 month contract 

Job Summary: 
The Custodian is responsible for performing janitorial duties within the offices of a manufacturing facility. Duties include removing garbage, cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, as well as sanitizing high-touch surfaces. This role has some exposure to a manufacturing environment but is primarily in offices, break rooms, and hallways. 

Job Duties: 
•    Cleaning and sanitizing: sweep, mop, vacuum, clean and disinfect restrooms and breakrooms
•    Empty trash and recycling bins
•    Restock paper products, soap, and other necessities in break rooms and bathrooms
•    Use approved chemicals and processes for sanitation 
•    Other duties as assigned

Custodian Job Requirements: 
•    At least 1 year of custodial experience required – commercial experience preferred
•    Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry for full shift
•    Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, and other documents
•    Strong attention to detail
