Warehouse Associate – Order Fulfillment & Logistics

Location: Santa Clara, CA (No Travel Required)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM with flexibility for overtime
Position Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $23 per hour
Benefits: Available upon full-time conversion (health insurance, PTO, 401(k))

 

About the Opportunity

Are you a reliable and detail-oriented warehouse professional looking for a stable opportunity in Santa Clara? We’re hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations including order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory handling. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced industrial environment with the potential to convert to full-time employment.

 

Note: Driving responsibilities are strictly prohibited for the duration of this assignment.

 

What You’ll Do

• Assemble and fill orders for shipment to customers and internal divisions
• Load and unload common carrier and company vehicles
• Prepare shipments via UPS and LTL, including documentation and labeling
• Verify merchandise quantities and descriptions against invoices
• Pack orders and organize containers by truck route
• Operate scanners for warehouse management tasks and inventory put-away
• Substitute for other warehouse personnel as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• General knowledge of electrical products
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to work overtime when required
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must wear steel-toed boots on site
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
