We are hiring for a hands-on production role within a manufacturing environment. This position supports daily operations through material handling, general labor, and production assistance. Employees may rotate between responsibilities based on business needs. This is a physically demanding role requiring flexibility, as tasks may vary day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual material handling, including stacking and moving products
• Complete lifting throughout the shift
• Assist with general production and support tasks
• Break down or modify materials for proper disposal when needed
• Dispose of scrap materials in designated areas
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace
• Adapt to changing duties based on production needs and equipment availability

Requirements:

• Ability to perform consistent heavy lifting and physical labor
• Comfortable using basic hand tools safely
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule
• Reliable, adaptable, and safety-focused
• Prior manufacturing or general labor experience preferred, but not required
