Production Operator – Grafton, WV

Pay: $18.10 per hour

Schedule:

Multiple 12-hour shifts are available, including:

• 3:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Employees typically work 5–6 days per week, depending on production needs. Overtime opportunities are available.

Production Operator Job Duties

Production Operators will work in an industrial rubber manufacturing facility and may be responsible for:

• Operating and monitoring production equipment
• Measuring and weighing raw materials
• Loading and moving materials throughout the production process
• Using scanners to verify materials and production batches
• Following production formulas, instructions, and safety procedures
• Inspecting products for size, thickness, and quality
• Packaging and staging finished products
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Working safely around machinery, rubber products, oils, and other industrial materials
• Performing other general production duties as assigned

What You Can Expect

This is a hands-on industrial production position. The facility can be hot, dirty, and physically demanding, and employees may be exposed to rubber, carbon black, oils, and other manufacturing materials.

Candidates should be comfortable with:

• Working 12-hour shifts
• Working extended hours and overtime when needed
• Standing and moving throughout the shift
• Repetitive physical work
• Working around industrial machinery
• Following detailed instructions and safety procedures
• Maintaining excellent attendance and reliability

Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required for candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
