Position Title: Account Receivable/Telephone Operator 
 
Job Description: 
We are looking for someone that can work as an
accounts receivable in an Oxford office that can
handle collections for customer accounts. This will include taking payments,
scanning checks into the bank account, and taking checks to deposit at the bank.
Mailing invoices, posting payments to our billing software. Processing
credit cards, echeck payments and very trustworthy. This person will also act as the answering operator, answering phone Lines. 
 
Schedule: 
9am- 5pm- 1 Hour Lunch
or 
10am-5pm- No Lunch 
 
Pay Compensation: 
$14.00 an Hour
