Part-Time Payroll & Accounts Receivable Specialist

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling payroll and billing responsibilities?

We're looking for a dependable professional who understands that accuracy matters. The ideal candidate takes ownership of their work, follows processes carefully, and knows when to escalate issues to management before they become larger problems.

 

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable activities
• Review timesheets for accuracy and completeness
• Investigate payroll discrepancies and missing hours
• Communicate with employees regarding payroll questions
• Follow up on outstanding payments and account balances
• Maintain confidential employee and financial records
• Escalate payroll, billing, or collection concerns to management promptly
• Support administrative and accounting functions as needed

Qualifications

• Payroll or accounting experience preferred
• Accounts Receivable experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
