Job Summary

Seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our manufacturing team in Chester, PA. Production Operators will support the manufacturing process by operating production equipment, assembling products, performing quality inspections, and following established safety and production procedures.

The ideal candidate is reliable, mechanically inclined, comfortable working with their hands, and able to work accurately in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.

• Assemble and manufacture products according to established specifications and work instructions.

• Perform repetitive assembly and production tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.

• Inspect components and finished products for defects or quality issues.

• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.

• Measure, test, and verify products as required.

• Use hand tools and basic production equipment.

• Load materials and components into production equipment and remove completed products.

• Complete production paperwork, checklists, and quality documentation accurately.

• Identify and report defective materials, equipment problems, or production issues to supervisors.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.

• Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements.

• Meet established production and quality goals.

• Work cooperatively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.

• Assist with other manufacturing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred.

• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work with small components or parts.

• Comfortable using basic hand tools and production equipment.

• Basic math and reading skills.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements.

• Ability to lift and move materials as required.

• Manufacturing or production experience

• Machine operation
