We are seeking a reliable Commercial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair commercial properties throughout the Bloomington area.

Responsibilities:

• Complete daily work orders from tenants and property managers
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and HVAC systems
• Communicate professionally with tenants regarding scheduling and work order updates
• Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license required
