Job Summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for a full-time opportunity supporting Haveloch Commons and Robinson Manor. This position is responsible for general property and building maintenance, keeping common areas clean and well-maintained, completing inspections, assisting with resident move-ins and move-outs, and responding to maintenance requests, including emergencies during on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform general property and building maintenance.

• Complete routine maintenance and cleaning of common areas.

• Conduct property and equipment inspections.

• Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs.

• Respond to routine maintenance requests and service calls.

• Respond to maintenance emergencies during scheduled on-call hours.

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.

• Communicate professionally and effectively with residents and team members.

• Travel between communities as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of maintenance experience, OR

• At least 1 year of relevant maintenance experience plus 6 months of specific training in one of the following:

  • Electricity

  • HVAC

  • Plumbing/Fitting

  • Welding/Fabricating

  • Carpentry

• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license.

• Reliable access to a registered and insured vehicle.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to effectively interact with residents and team members.

• Ability to work a varied schedule and participate in on-call coverage.
