Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, sanding, grinding, masking, and inspecting materials before coating
Apply powder coating booths, curing ovens, and related painting equipment
Monitor coating thickness, finish quality and color consistency
Perform touch up painting and rework as needed
Load and unload parts from paint lines and curing ovens
conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet customer specifications
Maintain paint and powder inventory levels
Clean and maintain painting equipment and work areas
