Event Dates: October 16 & October 17

Available Shifts:

• Shift 1: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Shift 2: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM (hours may extend later as needed)

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and energetic Event Staff to assist with a large outdoor event on October 16 and October 17. This position involves restocking supplies, supporting event operations, assisting attendees, and helping ensure the event runs smoothly. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in hot weather and be flexible with scheduling if additional coverage is needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Restock supplies and materials as needed
• Provide general support to event operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow instructions from event supervisors
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Deliver excellent customer service to event attendees

Requirements

• Must be comfortable working outdoors for extended periods
• Ability to work in hot weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
