• Conduct construction inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and project specifications.
• Manage plumbing and electrical work in residential settings, ensuring proper installation and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate remodeling phases, including demolition, framing, finishing, and clean-up.
• Maintain accurate documentation of construction progress using tools like Bluebeam and ensure all work aligns with construction plans.

Experience

• Proven experience in single family home residential remodeling or building construction with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction management principles and estimating techniques.
• Hands-on experience with construction site supervision, safety protocol adherence, and quality control.
• Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints for various building systems.
• Familiarity with hardscaping construction projects such as patios or walkways is a plus.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely in outdoor environments.
• Strong background in carpentry—including trim carpentry—and finishing work such as drywall installation and plastering.
