Customer Service -Inside Sales Representative

Start date: Monday, 10/5 [or mid-next week]

Schedule: M-F / 6:00 am – 2:30 pm [OT as needed likely]

Pay: 24.00-25.00/hour

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Take phone and face-to-face orders at warehouse counter for insulation supplies
• Input orders into system
• Assist warehouse team with pulling/picking orders during lull periods
• Proactive outreach, cross-selling, and identifying new customer opportunities in very busy industry/area

 

Requirements:’

• Excellent customer service skills, communication skills, personality
• Attention to detail
• Strong computer skills
• Eager and easy ability to learn new industry and product knowledge—will train!
• Ambitious and eager to grow with growing startup organization
• Patient and friendly with customers
• Unafraid to assist with any task needed, including helping fix problems or put things away to help warehouse team
