Tool and Die Maker

Salary: $25 - $28

We are seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for building, repairing, maintaining, and modifying dies, molds, fixtures, and other precision tooling used in production.

Responsibilities

• Build, repair, and maintain production tooling and dies

• Read blueprints and engineering drawings

• Operate manual and CNC machining equipment

• Perform precision machining, grinding, fitting, and fabrication

• Troubleshoot tooling and production issues

• Use precision measuring equipment to ensure accuracy

• Work with engineering, maintenance, and production teams

• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED

• Previous Tool & Die or machining experience preferred

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to read blueprints

• Experience with CNC and/or manual machining

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
