Express is seeking a Machine Operator / Molder for a manufacturing company in Irwin!

Entry-level opportunity with paid training! No previous manufacturing experience is required. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on, repetitive work and a consistent routine.

SHIFTS:
1st Shift: $13.50/hr | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
3rd Shift: $14.50/hr | Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

Training: All new hires will train on 1st shift during their first week.

• First day: Start at 8:00 AM
• Remaining training days: Start at 7:00 AM
• Week 2: Move to your preferred/assigned shift
• Training week pay will be based on the assigned shift rate

Job Duties of the Machine Operator / Molder:

• Prepare molding materials and place them into the machine
• Operate molding equipment according to training and safety procedures
• Remove finished parts from the machine
• Inspect parts for quality and consistency
• Clean and prepare parts as needed
• Package completed products into boxes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and production instructions
• Lift, push, or pull boxes weighing up to 35 lbs.
• Other duties as required

Qualifications of the Machine Operator / Molder:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• No previous manufacturing experience required – will train!
• Reliable and dependable
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and following a consistent routine
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work in a warm manufacturing environment with some fumes
• Able to stand for extended periods with limited sitting
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
