General Laborer

Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our residential construction team. This position will assist with various phases of new-home construction, including installation work, site preparation, and general construction tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with residential new-build construction projects
• Perform general labor duties on active job sites
• Assist with appliance installations and setup
• Support basic carpentry and electrical-related tasks
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow company safety procedures and job site requirements
• Complete assigned tasks while maintaining quality workmanship

Qualifications & Skills

• Residential new-build construction experience preferred
• Electrical experience preferred
• Carpentry experience preferred
• Appliance installation experience preferred
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift materials as needed
