Inside Sales Representative

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This position is responsible for making outbound calls, building customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and helping customers find the products and services that best fit their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Answer questions and provide information about products and services
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify sales opportunities and assist in closing sales
• Enter customer information and maintain accurate records
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Friendly, confident, and professional attitude
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Reliable, motivated, and goal-oriented
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
