Express Employment Professionals is hiring Production Associates for a locally headquartered, growing manufacturing company with long-term career opportunities. This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking a beginning light industrial position with room to grow. Manufacturing experience is not required, but a positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential.

• Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Overtime as needed. $15.00 an hour. 
• Night Shift: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM. Overtime as needed. $15.75 an hour. 
   

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble and fill boxes on a production line
• Stack finished boxes for shipment
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and production activities
• Perform repetitive tasks including standing, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching
• Follow production, quality, and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support daily production goals and team objectives
• Assist with warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations
• Learn additional roles, including machine operation and forklift operation
• Work around production equipment, machinery, and material-handling systems

 Requirements

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and stack boxes weighing approximately 30 lbs
• Forklift experience preferred
• Willingness to learn forklift operation is required
• Ability to work well with others and contribute to a team environment

• Fast-paced warehouse and production environment
