? Install residential and commercial garage doors and gate operators
? Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair existing equipment
? Perform preventative maintenance on doors and operating systems
? Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications, safety standards, and performance requirements
? Identify the best solutions for customers based on safety, functionality, and reliability
? Work independently and collaboratively with team members to complete projects
?? No garage door experience? No problem! We will train the right candidate.
? What We're Looking For
?? Good character and strong work ethic
?? Mechanical aptitude or prior mechanical experience
?? Team player with excellent collaboration skills
?? Friendly and professional customer service skills
?? Self-motivated and capable of working independently

?? Valid driver's license with a good driving record (must be insurable)
?? Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
?? Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on position that requires:
?? Standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing
?? Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
?? Working on ladders and using power tools
?? Reaching above and below shoulder level
?? Working in garages, tight spaces, and outdoor environments
?? Exposure to heat ??, humidity ??, rain ???, and changing weather conditions
?? Full use of hands and finger dexterity for installation and repair work
