Welder/Fabricator

Salary: $21-25 BOE

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join a job shop environment. This role requires experience with MIG welding, blueprint reading, and the ability to accurately measure and position materials. Candidates should be comfortable working with 1/4-inch materials and producing high-quality custom work.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform MIG welding on metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate parts to specification
• Measure, cut, and position materials using rulers and basic math skills
• Work with 1/4-inch materials in fabrication processes
• Use hand and power tools to complete projects
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:
• Previous welding/fabrication experience required
• Blueprint reading skills
• Ability to read a ruler and apply basic math for measurements
• Experience with MIG welding required
