Schedule: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

A company in the transportation and logistics industry is seeking a Lead Data Clerk to support daily warehouse and administrative operations. This is a dual office/warehouse position responsible for maintaining accurate operational data, communicating with managers and warehouse personnel, and helping coordinate the movement and placement of incoming freight.

The Lead Data Clerk will work closely with warehouse teams and the Mexicali Vertiv operation to communicate freight status, maintain accurate records, and ensure incoming freight is properly unloaded, staged, organized, and placed in designated warehouse areas. The position also provides support with inventory, shipping and receiving, material handling, and warehouse issues as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate information in company systems
• Communicate daily with managers, warehouse personnel, and the Mexicali Vertiv operation
• Coordinate freight status and warehouse activities
• Ensure incoming freight is properly unloaded, staged, organized, and placed in designated areas
• Maintain accurate records and support inventory and shipping/receiving activities
• Assist with warehouse operations and material handling as needed
• Assist with resolving freight or warehouse issues and communicate updates to management
• Operate warehouse equipment as required and after proper training
• May travel to the Mexicali warehouse operation as needed

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers and warehouse teams
• Ability to follow warehouse safety procedures and use required PPE
• Previous warehouse, data entry, logistics, or lead experience preferred

Work Environment

• Position involves both office and warehouse responsibilities
• PPE is required for warehouse operations
• Warehouse equipment may be operated depending on training and operational needs
