Location: Round Rock, TX
Pay: $23–$28/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–5:00 PM
Overtime: Saturdays as needed
Job Type: Full-Time

A growing precision manufacturing company in Round Rock, TX is looking for an experienced Welder III ready to take their welding skills to the next level.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled TIG/GTAW welder who enjoys precision work and wants to expand their experience with high-purity stainless steel, orbital welding, specialty metals, and advanced fabrication processes.

What You’ll Do

• Perform advanced TIG/GTAW welding, tack welding, fitting, and fabrication
• Weld stainless steel tubing, process piping, and precision components
• Set up and operate manual TIG and automated orbital welding equipment
• Perform butt joints, fillet welds, and complete joint penetration welds
• Work with stainless steel, aluminum, Hastelloy, Inconel, and titanium
• Weld in multiple positions, including 1G, 2G, 5G, and 6G
• Work with tubing from approximately .035”–.125” and pipe up to 6” Schedule 40
• Read and interpret blueprints, AWS weld symbols, and WPS documents
• Use precision measuring and inspection tools to verify completed work
• Maintain tight tolerances and high-quality weld standards
• Work in a clean, controlled manufacturing environment, including areas requiring cleanroom PPE
• Complete production documentation and support on-time delivery goals

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of welding, fabrication, or related experience preferred
• Strong hands-on TIG/GTAW welding experience
• Experience with stainless steel tubing and/or process piping
• Strong fit-up, tack welding, and precision fabrication skills
• Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and WPS documents
• Experience working within tight tolerances
• Familiarity with argon purge welding is a plus
• Orbital welding experience is a plus, but candidates willing to learn are encouraged
• Experience with specialty metals such as Hastelloy, Inconel, titanium, or aluminum is a plus
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing required PPE
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• AWS or ASME certifications are a plus, but not required
