Position Summary

This is a lower-level maintenance role designed for someone who wants to learn, grow, and build a career in industrial maintenance.

In this position, you’ll work alongside the maintenance team and gain hands-on knowledge with the goal of eventually moving into a Maintenance Technician position when an opening becomes available.

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for actively working on and troubleshooting production machinery, so this role is a great stepping stone for someone who wants to build those skills over time.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist the maintenance team with day-to-day tasks

• Learn basic maintenance procedures and equipment knowledge

• Help support production and maintenance operations

• Observe and assist experienced Maintenance Technicians

• Learn how production machinery operates

• Develop troubleshooting and mechanical skills

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

• Follow all company safety procedures
