Pay: $19/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Position Overview

A local chiropractic office is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Medical Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while assisting with front-office operations and creating a welcoming experience for patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide a warm, professional experience
• Answer and direct phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
• Check patients in and out and maintain accurate records
• Collect payments, copays, and other applicable fees
• Verify patient insurance information and assist with insurance-related tasks
• Maintain patient files and ensure information is accurate and up to date
• Communicate with patients regarding appointments, paperwork, and office procedures
• Assist with general administrative and clerical duties
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
• Support the chiropractor and office staff with daily administrative needs

Qualifications

• Previous medical office, chiropractic office, or healthcare reception experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable working with computers and scheduling software
• Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential patient information professionally
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Medical terminology
