Our client specializes in heat treatment facility providing precision thermal processing services.Position: Straightener1st shift: 7am-4pm$20/hour
Duties & Responsibilities:-Inspect drill blanks using an optical comparator-Identify and correct distortions at the drill blanks-Reinspect drills after each adjustment to verify correction-Maintain accurate production and inspection records-Maintain a clean and orderly workstation-Follow written work instructions and quality procedures-Report damaged tools, unusual conditions, or recurring problems to supervisors
Physical Requirements:-Ability to sit or stand for extended periods-Ability to safely handle small precision components-Ability to make controlled, repetitive hand movements-Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed
