What You Will Do

• Box Assembly & Line Feed: Construct cardboard boxes and stage them on conveyor lines for automated robotic loading systems.

• Manual Packaging: Pack bottles into boxes and pull finished products off fast-paced conveyor lines.

• Conveyor Line Monitoring: Keep production lines moving smoothly, clear minor jams, and ensure packaging flows without interruption.

• Quality Inspection: Visually inspect bottles, labels, and packaging for defects prior to final boxing and palletizing.

• Workstation Sanitation: Keep packaging stations clean, organized, and free of floor debris or hazards.

What You Need

• Language & Safety Compliance: Ability to speak, read, and understand English for line safety protocols, team communication, and basic work instructions.

• PPE Requirement: Steel-toed boots are required on the production floor.

• Work Environment Comfort: Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-noise industrial conveyor environment (hearing protection provided).

• On-Site Policy: Willingness to remain on-site for the entire 12-hour shift (on-the-clock paid schedule).

• Physical Stamina: Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive packing tasks throughout a 12-hour shift.

• Reliability: Excellent attendance record, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to Maryland Heights, MO 63043.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment evaluations and background checks.
